HiSeoul Festival is changed their name as Festival Seoul in 2016!
This festival is all about art on the road in Seoul!
So many performances are going to be shown on the road
everywhere in SEOUL!
It is street performance about Life and Death with firework!
Topic of '길 & Passage'
This performance will be combination of Korea, Hwarang and France, Karnavies~
KTO from Poland is going to show the individual life in 21 century,
which is inspired by poem of T.S. Eliot!
Go and Meet pilgrims in 21century~
Enjoy the circus about Paean of Life,
with 2 musicians and 4 performers from France!
Several flames will rolling through the Cheonggye Stream~
It is time to encounter the flames in circle!
It will be performed by Cie Carabosse from France
The street where you walk through everyday
going to become the theatre for the audiences on the road!
There will be no boundaries between performers and audiences!

Look around the city, people and art!

Franklin Roosevelt was president in America for 16 years and left these words!
He had suffered from polio and he had no choice being in wheelchair.
This performance which name is 'Mission Roosevelt' is
performing the mission by being in wheelchairs with audiences all together in the city!
Wheelchair will be the biggest barrier which could make audience stop occupying the city!
Broaden your perspective here~
This performance is inspired by the novel 'Blindness'
written by Sousa Saramago who was awarded the Nobel prize!
It will be the time to see the performance with literary inspiration by Poland performers!
